Grav-what? GRAVLAX... (GRAV-LAX). In short, a salmon "cooked" by salt, without cooking by heat. We empty the pot on a salmon of 500 to 600 grams and we let the magic happen!

FORESTRY

The boreal forest invites itself into your home, gently diffused in this fine Dijon-style mustard, fir and cedar combine to offer you a well-balanced forest fragrance.
Can be used as is on a daily basis or in a variety of recipes where Dijon mustard is used.

"CHERRY BOMB"

Cherry bomb is definitely the new "sambal oelek" in your pantry. Well-spiced, slightly sweet, it can be used as is (for thrill seekers) or in all your recipes; burgers, spicy mayo, spicy honey for grilled chicken, tartares, arabiata sauce and more!

"SALSA VERDE"

Made mostly from green tomatoes, this rather mild hot sauce will bring a phenomenal "punch" of flavors to many of your favorite dishes.
